Scope of Policy

This policy is applicable to orders placed within the United Kingdom.

At Silk Touch, we understand that situations can change. If you need to cancel an order, please refer to the following guidelines.

Order Cancellation Window

  • Time Limit: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. After this period, orders will proceed to processing and cannot be canceled.
  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, email us at support@silktouch.co.uk with your order number and cancellation details. We will confirm if your cancellation has been successfully processed.

Cancellations After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return after receiving the item. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Cancelable Items

Certain products are not eligible for cancellation, including:

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Orders for customized products cannot be canceled once placed.

Modifications to Orders

  • If you need to modify your order (e.g., size, color), please contact us within the same 2-hour cancellation window.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications depend on the processing status of your order.
